Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an entry-level Nurse Technician at El Paso Children’s Hospital in El Paso, TX. This PRN, rotating shift role supports RN staff with basic patient care under direct supervision.

Applicants should be enrolled in a nursing program or have completed foundational nursing coursework with NCLEX readiness. BLS is required; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred to assist diverse patients.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a nursing program or have completed a portion with clinical rotation.
• Demonstrates ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• BLS certification is required at hire.
• Ability to communicate clearly with patients and team members.
