Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs various nursing duties related to the general welfare and personal hygiene of assigned patients under the supervision of the registered nurse.
• Assists with activities to assist the patient in meeting basic human needs including but not limited to nutrition, hydration, mobility, comfort, elimination, socialization, rest, and hygiene.
• Collects, reports and documents simple data.
