Job summary

WNS, a Capgemini affiliate, is recruiting a Nurse Team Lead to oversee Utilization Management operations in a healthcare client environment. You will review cases, coordinate staff, and ensure timely turnaround while maintaining regulatory compliance.

The role requires RN or LVN/LPN licensure, leadership skills, and proficiency with AVAYA and ADP WorkforceNow; shift coverage includes daytime hours with occasional after-hours calls.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current active RN or LVN/LPN license in a state in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Balances case review production with team lead duties as needed.
• Monitors staff assignments and maintains case workflow.
• Ensures adherence to client SLAs and regulatory requirements.
• Acts as liaison between frontline staff and management.
• Coordinates with Nursing Management for training needs.
• Conducts periodic one-on-ones to improve processes and outcomes.
