Baptist Health's Boca Raton Regional Hospital seeks a Patient Care Nurse Supervisor for the Surgical Step Down unit. This full-time night-shift role (6:30 PM–7:00 AM) offers a $20,000 sign-on bonus and requires a BSN with at least 2 years in the specialty, plus active BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications as applicable.

You will supervise patient care units, coordinate staffing, and mentor staff. Additional responsibilities include staff evaluations support, patient flow management, and ensuring care

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the specialty.
• Licenses: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP as required by unit assignment.
• Certification in area of specialty within 2 years of promotion or hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides supervision and leadership to patient care units.
• Coordinates staffing and nursing assignments for current and upcoming shifts.
• Collaborates with manager on staff evaluations and patient flow.
• Conducts hourly rounding and ensures policy compliance.
