Glendale Place Nursing & Rehab, a Caring Place Healthcare Group Facility, is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to oversee the nursing department and ensure high‑quality resident care in accordance with state and federal regulations.

The role requires an Ohio LPN/RN license and CPR certification, with at least 3 years of nursing experience in long‑term care. You will supervise staff, coordinate care plans, and promote a calm, compassionate environment for residents and their families.

Competenze

• Current license to practice as LPN or RN in Ohio.
• Current CPR certification.
• At least 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in skilled nursing or long-term care.
• Knowledge of state/federal regulations related to nursing in long-term care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Compassionate and empathetic toward patients, families and team members.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the nursing department to deliver high-quality resident care.
