Job summary

Luther Manor is seeking a compassionate Nurse Supervisor to join our Skilled Nursing Team on the Third Shift in a part-time capacity, working 2 days per week. The role involves coordinating nursing services and monitoring resident health to ensure their safety and well-being.

The ideal candidate will have a Wisconsin Registered Nurse license, CPR/BLS certification, and a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Must be a current Wisconsin licensed Registered Nurse.
• CPR/BLS certified or willing to certify.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in supervision preferred.
• Knowledge of professional theory and practice in long term care.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing services for residents on the unit.
• Monitor health status of residents to ensure their well-being.
• Direct and supervise nursing personnel during assigned shifts.
• Act as administrative contact in absence of managers.
