Maria Joseph Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Nurse Supervisor (RN/LPN) to provide leadership and clinical oversight to our nursing team in Dayton, Ohio. This role focuses on resident-centered care, staff development, and regulatory compliance to ensure quality outcomes.

You will supervise shifts, mentor staff, coordinate resident care with interdisciplinary teams, participate in admissions and assessments, and address concerns with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Prior supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
