Job summary

The Nurse Supervisor at Fundamental leads nursing staff to deliver quality patient care in Coppell, Texas. You should be a Registered RN or Licensed Nurse (LPN/LVN) with strong leadership abilities, compassion, and teamwork.

This full-time position offers a posted wage range of USD 28.00–30.00 per hour and requires CPR certification, state licensing, and supervisory experience. Excellent benefits are included for full-time team members.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN or LPN/LVN in good standing with the state as required.
• Must have 1+ years of supervisory experience in nursing.
• Able to react to emergency situations appropriately when required.
• CPR certified required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise licensed nurses and CNAs on shift while delivering nursing care to patients.
• Collect patient data, make observations and report pertinent information to the care team.
• Work under direct supervision using state Nurse Practice Act and facility guidelines.

Posted Salary Range

USD $28.00 - USD $30.00 /Hr.

Wage Commensuration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Work under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Company Standards, Practice Guidelines and nursing judgment
• Supervise licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants on assigned shift while also delivering nursing care to patients requiring care, collecting patient data, making observations and reporting pertinent information to the care of patients

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be a licensed RN or LPN / LVN in good standing with the state (as required)
• Must have 1+ years of supervisory experience in nursing
• Able to react to emergency situations appropriately when required
• Must be CPR certified
• Reliable transportation required
