Whittier Rehabilitation Hospital - Haverhill
RN Nurse Supervisor, 2nd & 3rd shift
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus
Full-Time, 40 hours/week*
Part-Time, 24 hours/ week*
*Requirement to work every other weekend
Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 plus applicable shift differentials
Primary Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the Director of Nursing & Clinical Services responsibility and accountability for nursing care on the patient care units.
Oversees patient care management and ensures that professional nursing is practiced in accordance with the established standards, policies and procedures of the Nursing Department and the hospital.
Is responsible for development and management of personnel, supplies, equipment and for maintenance of a safe environment.
Prerequisites:
Current RN Massachusetts Licensure.
BSN preferred.
3-5 years experience in geriatric/adolescent rehabilitation and other hospital care.
Previous supervisor experience preferred.
Certification in Rehabilitation Nursing and ACLS certification desired.
Knowledge of growth and development across the life span.
Certification in BLS of Adult, Child and Infant.
