The Nursing Supervisor manages and coordinates the overall activities of nursing personnel on assigned shift to assure both the quality of care and continuity of care provided. This position manages and coordinates the care of neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients in compliance with the established Ashtabula Regional Medical Center (ARMC) policies, procedures, and regulatory agency standards.
