Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN)
• 3 years’ experience in an acute care setting or related specialty area
• Current NYS RN Licensure
• BLS certification
• ACLS within 3 months of hire; PALS within 3 months of hire

Responsibilities

• Clinical Leadership & Patient Care Oversight: Manage hospital operations during off shifts, ensuring high-quality patient care and real-time decision support.
• Staff Support & Collaboration: Mentor and coach clinical staff and collaborate across departments to support patient flow and regulatory compliance.
• Patient Advocacy & Safety: Round on patients, address concerns, ensure a safe care environment, and maintain infection control standards.
