Inspira Health Network seeks a Registered Nurse to serve as the administrative representative for all hospital departments during weekends, evenings, and night shifts. The role requires coordinating with department heads, physicians, and administrative staff to resolve issues and maintain nursing care standards for patients of all ages.

Candidates should have a BSN, 3+ years of RN acute care experience, and leadership experience. NJ license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS are preferred.

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience as an RN in acute care setting required.
• Evidence of continuing education beyond generic program with emphasis on management, critical care nursing and public relations.

Responsabilités

• Serve as administrative representative for all hospital departments during weekends, evenings and night shifts.
• Resolve problems affecting individuals within the hospital with access to department heads, physicians and administrative staff as needed.
• Maintain high-quality standards of nursing care for patients of all ages, including newborns to adults.
• Monitor personnel performance and cost containment in the absence of Nursing Managers.

Registered Nurse who serves as the administrative representative for all hospital departments during weekends, evenings and night shifts. Responsible for resolving problems which affect any individuals within the hospital with access to department head, physicians and administrative staff as needed. Responsible for the continuity of high-quality standards of nursing care to all patients who may include newborns, children, adolescents and adults of all ages.
