This is an hourly, non-exempt per diem position. Shift differentials apply.
If you wish to advance your nursing career and have some supervisory background in a behavioral health setting, our per diem Nursing Supervisor position might be what you are seeking. The per diem Nursing Supervisor will assume responsibility for complete facility operations during an assigned shift. This includes supervising nursing and clinical staff, ensuring that patient care is provided in an accurate, timely and safe manner.
Other responsibilities include assisting the staffing coordinator with RN and Mental Health Associate staffing, communicating any issues to the other members of the nursing management team and conducting round audits.
