Job summary

Tanner-Health-1 is seeking a Registered Nurse in Carrollton, GA to perform nursing functions, assess patient needs, plan and implement care, and evaluate outcomes. The role includes supervising other RNs, LPNs, and assistive personnel in accordance with state nurse practice acts.

One year of related experience is required, with additional preferences for ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy certification and ACLS, BLS readiness within designated timelines.

Qualifications

• One year of related experience.
• ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Provider Certificate preferred or obtained within 6 months of hire
• ACLS within 6 months of hire into ED, ICU, Surgery, PACU, L&D, Float Pool (Critical Care and Maternity), SSU if taking GI call, Cath Lab or IR Lab.
• Note: BLS required within 30 days of hire.

• Assess patient needs, plan and implement care, and evaluate effectiveness of care.
• Supervise other RNs, LPNs and assistive personnel in nursing care in accordance with state nurse practice acts.
