Responsibilities

• Provides supervision and leadership to the patient care units. Coordinates staffing and nursing assignments for current and oncoming shift.
• Collaborates with the manager on staff evaluations and patient flow, and supports staff education.
• Ensures services are provided in line with hospital policies and Baptist Health South Florida.
