Job summary

Ibis Healthcare is seeking a registered nurse with supervisory experience to lead nursing and behavioral healthcare staff in outpatient MAT/psychiatric settings. A valid Florida RN license, along with 2 years of nursing experience and 1 year of supervisory experience, is required or preferred.

The role emphasizes program compliance, staff development, and cross-department collaboration while maintaining patient confidentiality and delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications

• LPN Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate Degree from an NLN approved program with 2 years nursing experience and one year supervisory experience preferred.
• Current, unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, patients, families, employees, and the general public.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Ability to multi-task, display decision-making and critical thinking skills, and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct supervision for the nursing and behavioral healthcare staff and ensures training compliance. Supervises and/or coordinates direct service delivery per program requirements.
• Completes Gracepoint required documentation in an accurate and timely manner, including but not limited to program monitoring and quality reports.
• Maintains cooperative relationships with internal and external programs and agencies.
• Attends agency wide, division and program meetings, seminars, conferences, and workshops to maintain and enhance essential skills and knowledge.
• Interviews/hires prospective employees and orients them to program.
• May be asked to assume administrative and supervisory duties in the Coordinator of Nurses or Program Manager's absence.
• Performs other duties that are similar, related, or is a logical assignment to the job.
