Description
- Manages the day-to-day healthcare operations of the community to ensure residents' healthcare needs are met.
- Ensures residents are treated with respect and dignity and provides quality care as their healthcare needs change.
- Maintains consistent quality resident care and service delivery across all shifts; may assume roles such as Caregiver or Med Tech/Aide to meet residents' needs and staffing requirements.
- Supervises licensed nursing staff, medication technicians/CMA's, and Caregivers; provides ongoing training including classroom in-services and situation-specific training. Also manages staff schedules.
- Oversees medication training, pharmacy management, and medication supervision and/or administration, including conducting periodic medication skills inventory checks and audits per Brookdale Guidelines.
- Shares on-call duties as required.
- Requires education to obtain a state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN) and a minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience.
- Holds an LPN or LVN license.

The salary range will be determined based on skills and experience. The role is eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the 401(k) program.
