Qualifications

• RN licensure in good standing per state regulations.
• BSN in Nursing or related field preferred.
• ACLS and CRRN certifications to be obtained within specified timelines.
• Two years' inpatient hospital experience within last five years.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in developing and implementing personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
• Serving as liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff.
• Supervising nursing care, treatment, and services provided during shifts or on a unit.
• Monitoring and managing staff, including feedback, evaluations, and discipline.
• Assuming patient care as needed and building relationships to support recovery.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
