Job summary

Montcare Wheaton is seeking a motivated RN Supervisor to lead the clinical team for the facility. The role supports short-term and long-term residents and works with experienced regional nursing support to ensure quality care.

The RN Supervisor must have strong clinical and supervisory skills, maintain regulatory standards, and demonstrate excellent communication while coordinating care with physicians and staff.

Qualifications

• Current RN license required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for administrative, clinical and professional development of staff for the shift.
• Coordinate, direct, and oversee all nursing care delivery.
• Show leadership and clinical experience in daily operations.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals; follow orders promptly.
• Conduct unit rounds to ensure standards of care compliance.
• Maintain regulatory standards of care across the facility.
