Job summary

Santa Fe Recovery Center, Inc. is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to oversee nursing operations across residential and detox programs, develop schedules, and conduct performance reviews.

You will ensure compliance with HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and state/federal regulations while guiding medical direction for staff. The role blends administrative leadership with direct client care, requiring strong communication, policy development, training, and collaboration with leadership to maintain high-quality

Qualifications

• BSN or equivalent experience preferred.
• Ability to engage respectfully with diverse populations.
• Ability to advocate and problem solve under pressure in high-stress situations.
• Familiarity with community-based organizations and continuum of care.
• Must have and maintain a current NM Driver’s License and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee medical operations in residential and detox programs and ensure high quality patient care.
• Oversee staff operations, address personnel issues, and respond to team concerns.
• Focus on strategic management of personnel, patient care, and resources while upholding regulatory policies.
• Develop and maintain training for medical staff on cultural competency, trauma-informed care, and de-escalation.
• Ensure EMR and billing documentation are accurate and compliant with ethical and legal standards.
• Provide ongoing medical direction to Med-Tech and Nursing staff through coaching and mentoring.
• Attend seminars/workshops to stay compliant with evidence-based modalities.
