Apploi is seeking an RN floor nurse in Kentucky to lead a dedicated nursing team and ensure high-quality resident care. You will hire, orient, monitor skills, train staff, coordinate medications, and maintain accurate treatment records.

You will supervise the nursing unit, coordinate resources, interact with physicians, and ensure compliant documentation and care plans during shifts. Same day pay available.

Formación

• Current State RN license with a minimum of 2 years related experience.
• Good standing in the state registry is required.
• Ability to supervise nursing staff and coordinate care.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise nursing unit including scheduling and directing nursing staff.
• Coordinate use of personnel, supplies, equipment and facilities; obtain medications and records to provide safe care.
• Communicate with physicians and document resident care.
• Maintain accurate progress notes and resident records.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure care plans are followed.
