Qualifications

• Must hold an unencumbered Illinois RN license.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience; 5+ years preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the activities of all clinical staff on the assigned unit.
• Provide guidance and education to clinical staff and foster a positive, inclusive culture.
• Ensure infection prevention practices and adequate staffing to meet resident needs.
