Job summary

The Grove of Fox Valley in Aurora, IL is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to join our compassionate care team. You will supervise the activities of the clinical staff on your assigned unit, mentor staff, and help maintain infection prevention practices to ensure our residents receive high-quality care.

Requirements include an unencumbered Illinois RN license, CPR certification, and at least two years of RN experience; five years is preferred.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered Illinois RN license with current CPR certification.
• Minimum two years of RN experience; five years preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations of the assigned unit and supervise clinical staff.
• Provide guidance and education to clinical staff and foster a positive, inclusive culture.
• Ensure infection prevention practices are maintained and adequate staffing for residents.
• Support resident care to deliver high-quality outcomes.
