Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management seeks an RN Supervisor to lead nursing teams and oversee care delivery across our Minnesota facilities. You will supervise RNs, LPNs and CNAs, allocate resources, and ensure adherence to the nursing process and care plans to achieve quality outcomes for residents.

The role requires Minnesota RN registration, a nursing education program approval, CPR certification, and prior experience in skilled nursing or assisted living settings.

Qualifications

Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
Current Minnesota Registration as a Registered Nurse.
Current Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and emergency care.
Experience in skilled nursing and/or assisted living facilities.

Responsibilities

Supervises and manages RNs, LPNs and CNAs.
Directs and implements the nursing process and care plans.
Manages resources to assure quality outcomes of care.
