• CRRN certification to be obtained within a year of meeting eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of personalized patient care programs.
• Serve as the liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff.
• Supervise nursing care during assigned shifts or on a specific unit.
• Monitor and manage staff, providing feedback and evaluations.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients to understand their needs.

Skills
