Location: Twin Lakes |9840 Montgomery Rd. Montgomery, OH 4524

Schedule: Full-Time | 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM

You, our Ideal Candidate

You are a deeply committed and compassionate nurse with leadership experience who fosters trust, collaboration, and positivity. You are flexible and skilled in balancing supervisory duties and clinical care, ensuring high standards in both staff performance and resident well-being. You lead by example, promoting excellence in care delivery and communication across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Health Services staff in the absence of the Nurse Manager
• Act as house manager on duty for the community
• Direct day-to-day activities of STNAs, PCAs, and Nurses
• Make staffing decisions and oversee care delivery
• Investigate and resolve resident and associate injuries
• Participate in State surveys and quality assurance efforts
• Function as a charge nurse when needed, including administering meds, starting IVs, taking cultures, etc.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation via MARS, TARS, and AOD
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety procedures
• Communicate effectively with doctors, families, and team members
• Support resident admissions, transfers, and discharges
  
  

Requirements

• Current LPN or RN license (RN preferred)
• Diploma from an accredited nursing school
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory/leadership experience in long-term care or hospital
• Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with electronic medical records
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
