The Lemuel Shattuck Hospital, operated by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH), is seeking an experienced registered nurse to serve as the Evening Nurse Supervisor. This role ensures the safe and effective provision of nursing care, supervising staff during the evening shift in accordance with hospital policies and practices.
Hours: The position is for the 3-11:30 PM evening shift (40 hours/week). It is a full-time role, with incumbents working every other weekend, and days off are assigned accordingly.
Shattuck Hospital is a fully accredited teaching facility providing acute, subacute, and ambulatory care to patients referred by public agencies and private providers. Located in Boston’s Jamaica Plain, it includes 248 beds, outpatient clinics, and specialized services, including a Suboxone clinic for substance use disorder treatment.

At least two years of full-time RN experience, with one year in a supervisory or managerial role, or an equivalent combination of experience and education. Must hold current and valid Massachusetts RN registration. A valid driver’s license may be required.
