Job summary

Towson Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead our nursing team on the 3pm–11:30pm shift. The role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care and supervising staff to ensure safety and comfort.

Responsibilities include administering medications, coordinating with physicians, and maintaining accurate patient records, while upholding compassionate care in a supportive environment. MD RN licensure and supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must have MD RN license in good standing.
• Supervisory experience in a nursing/healthcare setting.
• Ability to administer medications and monitor patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care to patients and supervise nursing staff.
• Deliver direct patient care including medication administration.
• Consult with healthcare providers and update patient records.
• Maintain patient comfort and safety at all times.
