Qualifications

• Previous leadership role such as charge nurse.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of personalized patient care programs.
• Serve as liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff.
• Supervise nursing care and treatment during assigned shifts.
• Monitor and manage staff, providing feedback and evaluations.
• Assume patient care as needed, building relationships with patients.
