Extended Care, LLC is seeking a dedicated Nurse Supervisor to direct and coordinate nursing units, ensuring the highest quality of care for residents. You will oversee daily nursing operations, manage staff, and adapt procedures with initiative and sound judgment.

Qualifications

• Active Nursing License as required by the state.
• Ability to work every other weekend.
• Background check requirements per state regulations.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.

• Knowledge of nursing procedures and regulatory guidelines.
• Ability to make independent decisions in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities of clinical staff to ensure proper patient care.
• Complete required record-keeping upon resident admission, discharge, and transfer.
• Prepare and administer medications as prescribed and ensure adherence to facility policies.
• Conduct daily rounds of nursing units in a fast-paced environment.
• Verify daily staffing levels and adjust to maintain proper ratios.
• Collaborate with charge nurses regarding resident care and well-being.
• Respond to emergencies and take appropriate action.
• Perform other duties to enhance patient care and facility operations.

Nurse Supervisor Requirements:

• Active Nursing License as required by the state
