Responsibilities include supervising staff, guiding clinical practice, and maintaining infection prevention standards, with a focus on staffing adequacy and a positive facility culture.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered Illinois RN license.
• CPR certification is required.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience.
• Preferred: prior nursing management experience or 5+ years RN experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage operations of your assigned unit.
• Supervise activities of all clinical staff on your assigned unit.
• Provide guidance and education to clinical staff.
• Assist with instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture.
• Ensure established infection prevention practices are maintained.
• Ensure adequate staffing for residents’ needs.

Qualifications

• An unencumbered State of Illinois Registered Nurse (R.N.) license.
• Two (2) years of R.N. experience.
• Preferred: Prior experience managing a nursing department or unit and five (5) years of R.N. experience.
