Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Nursing with Magnet designation, have 3+ years of clinical nursing, and 2+ years in supervision. Texas Health Steps certification must be completed within six months of hire.

• Three years clinical or hospital nursing with two years supervisory/charge experience preferred.
• Completion of Texas Health Steps Certification within six months of hire.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required (Magnet). Three years clinical or hospital nursing with two years of supervisory/charge experience in nursing preferred. Completion of Texas Health Steps Certification within six months of hire.

LICENSURE

Current RN licensure in the State of Texas. Certification in specialty is preferred. Must have a current AHA BLS Healthcare Provider or AHA BLS Instructor Provider card.
