Job summary

University Health is seeking a Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations in the designated clinic setting and supervise assigned nursing staff.

You will ensure efficient, high-quality therapeutic care is delivered, while upholding University Health System policies, protocols, values, and guest relations.

This leadership role requires a bachelor's degree in nursing, and several years of clinical and supervisory experience within a hospital or clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or higher is required (Magnet).
• At least 3 years of clinical or hospital nursing with 2 years of supervisory/charge experience.
• Experience within the University Health System is desirable.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or higher is required (Magnet). Must have at least three years clinical or hospital nursing with two years of supervisory/charge experience in nursing. Experience within the University Health System is desirable.

LICENSURE

Must possess a current license to practice Registered Nursing in the State of Texas. Must have current American Heart Association, Basic Cardiac Life Support and Health Care Provider card.
