Job Description

Position Summary: The Staff Nurse, RN provides professional nursing care through the application of nursing skills and processes to develop, implement, and evaluate patients' care plans. They create an atmosphere that supports our mission to care, heal, and educate. As the primary caregiver, the Staff Nurse, RN provides direct patient care and collaborates with other care team members, physicians, and patients/families to achieve optimal outcomes. The incumbent accesses confidential patient information and makes decisions independently and collaboratively. The Staff Nurse, RN works under the direct supervision of the Nurse Manager and indirectly under the supervision of the Director of Nursing.
