CommonSpirit Health in Henderson, NV is seeking a Nurse Shift Manager to oversee a frontline nursing team on the Rose de Lima Campus. You will advocate for your staff, ensure safe patient care, and manage performance on your unit.
The role requires NV RN licensure and current BLS/ACLS; two years of clinical RN experience; and strong communication skills for 1:1 and group settings. This is a full-time position on site in Henderson.
