Job summary

UCI Health in Orange, CA seeks a Nurse Manager with 24/7 leadership for a clinical unit. You’ll oversee staffing, quality, and financial management, ensuring compliant patient care and patient safety while advancing organizational initiatives.

Collaborate across departments, drive data analysis and reporting, and lead efforts to improve service delivery. RN with BSN and Title 22 knowledge preferred; MSN a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and RN license.
• Prior management experience in an acute care setting.
• Strong data analysis and report creation skills.
• Excellent customer service and cross-department collaboration.
• Knowledge of Title 22 and Joint Commission requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical, staffing, quality, and financial management for the unit.
• Ensure compliant patient care delivery and standards.
• Implement processes to support quality of care and patient safety.
• Foster collegial relationships with other departments across the Medical Center.
