Job summary

NHC HealthCare Springfield in Springfield, TN is seeking a Nurse Scheduler to coordinate nursing staff, handle interviews, and manage staffing for a full-time Monday–Friday schedule with on-call rotations.

The ideal candidate holds an LPN license, has at least two years of secretarial experience, understands medical terminology, and is organized with a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Scheduling knowledge is preferred.
• LPN license is required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• At least two years secretarial experience (preferred).
• Must be organized and present a professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews.
• Maintain and audit personnel files.
• Tabulate hours worked by nursing staff for each pay period.
• Perform staffing meetings daily with nursing managers.
