Job summary

NHC is seeking a Nurse Scheduler for our Richland Place location in Nashville, TN. This full-time role includes on-call rotation and supports the nursing department with scheduling and administrative tasks.

You will create schedules, coordinate interviews, maintain personnel files, and tally hours for payroll while collaborating with nursing managers. A valid LPN license and organized professionalism are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of scheduling is preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.
• At least two years secretarial experience (preferred).
• Must be organized and present a professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Create nursing department schedule.
• Schedule interviews.
• Maintain and audit personnel files.
• Tabulate hours worked by nursing staff for each pay period.
• Perform staffing meeting daily with nursing managers.
