Job summary

National HealthCare Corporation (NHC) is seeking a Scheduler/Nursing Secretary for NHC Place at the Trace in Nashville, TN. This full-time role (M-F) includes on-call rotation and supports nursing leadership with scheduling and clerical tasks.

You will maintain personnel files, tabulate nursing hours for each pay period, and participate in daily staffing meetings. LPN licensure is required, scheduling knowledge is preferred, and prior secretarial experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of scheduling is preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• At least two years secretarial experience (preferred).
• Must be organized and present a professional appearance.

Responsibilities
