Rutland Center for Living in Rutland, VT seeks qualified nurses (RN or LPN) to join our team. Eligible student loan debt and up to a $10,000 stipend are offered in exchange for a 3-year commitment working 30+ hours per week.

Participants may be eligible for up to $40,000 toward student loans, paid directly to you under the Nurses for Nursing Homes program. This opportunity supports compassionate, ongoing resident care in a trusted facility.
