Fargo Elim, a Cassia Community, is hiring a Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our team. You’ll provide compassionate care, administer medications, and collaborate with a dedicated clinical team in a welcoming environment.

Position is Full-Time with Day shifts (6:30 am–7:00 pm) and benefits eligible. Located at 3534 University Drive S, Fargo, ND 58104; North Dakota nursing license required and IV certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Current North Dakota RN or LPN license is required.
• IV certification or currently enrolled in IV certification course.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with a team attitude.

Responsibilities

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for residents, families, and staff.
• Coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and monitor effectiveness.
• Manage medications, supplies, and equipment per policies and procedures.
• Document care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notify Clinical Manager, physicians, and family of significant changes in resident condition and follow up as needed.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Position Type: Full-Time, benefits eligible position

Shifts Available: Day: 6:30 am to 7:00 pm

Nurse (RN or LPN) Responsibilities

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Works to coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care.
• Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
• Performs additional duties as required.

Nurse (RN or LPN) Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in North Dakota is required.
• Prior TCU experience a plus.
• IV certified or in a current course.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
