Avenues Recovery Center in Prince Frederick, MD is seeking compassionate Nurses (RN/LPN) to join our 100-bed residential facility offering drug and alcohol detox and inpatient rehabilitation services. You will deliver quality medical care through admission, treatment, and discharge, coordinate pharmacy needs, and keep meticulous med logs.

Avenues Recovery Center is seeking compassionate and dependable Nurses (RN/LPN) to join our team in Prince Frederick, MD. Whether you're experienced in behavioral health, detox, med-surg, corrections, LTC, or simply looking for more meaningful patient care, we welcome your application.

What You'll Do

• Provide quality medical care for each client throughout admission, treatment and discharge
• Coordinate all pharmacy and prescription needs, dispense medication, and keep clear med logs
• Collaborate with extended medical, clinical and UR teams to ensure total coordination of care
• Maintain meticulous medical documentation, tracking and reporting for each client
• Provide patient education in individual and group settings

What We're Looking For

• Current RN or LPN licensure necessary to practice in-state, or compact licensure with multistate privileges
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented, efficient worker with ability to multitask
• Compassionate, dignified character which models recovery principles
