Charlestown Place is seeking an RN or LPN to provide skilled nursing care in our Skilled Nursing community. Competitive hourly pay with RN $36–$39 and LPN $27–$31, with full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities and predictable scheduling.

Deliver medications, treatments, and accurate documentation; collaborate with care teams; uphold safety and quality standards; benefit from supportive leadership and fast hiring.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organizational and teamwork skills are essential.
• Prior experience in skilled nursing or healthcare is preferred.

Responsibilities
