Exceptional Living Centers’ Charlestown Place in New Albany, IN is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver high-quality care in our skilled nursing community. The role offers $27–$31 per hour for full-time or part-time work, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

You will administer medications, document care, monitor residents, and collaborate with physicians and care teams while following safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications
