Responsible for interpreting the medical care plan, assessing patients' clinical decisions, ensuring safe and competent nursing care, providing individualized care, and evaluating nursing outcomes.
Patient care is required for this role.
Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred. No experience in lieu of degree accepted.
Licenses: Registered Nurse license in MA required.
Experience: 0-1 year clinical nursing experience required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Familiarity with nursing principles, medical terminology, confidentiality, excellent communication, and triage skills.
