Nurse - Residential Case Management (LPN or RN)

Join our team at Damar Services, Inc. as a Nurse - Residential Case Management (LPN or RN). We are dedicated to serving individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, providing a supportive environment where your skills can make a difference.

About the Role

Located at our main residential campus at 6067 Decatur Blvd, Indianapolis, IN 46241, you will deliver medical and nursing services to children and young adults aged 6-21 with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities.

Work Schedule & Compensation

Shifts:

  • 7:00 am - 7:00 pm, rotating weekly, Monday - Friday, plus 1 weekend/month
  • 7:00 pm - 7:00 am, rotating weekly, Monday - Friday, plus 1 weekend/month

Premium pay:

  • 10% for night shifts
  • 15% for weekend shifts
  • 25% for weekend night shifts

Starting hourly rates:

  • LPN Night Shift: $30.25/hr (base + premium)
  • RN Night Shift: $34.38/hr (base + premium)

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow health procedures and policies
  • Assess client needs physically, psychologically, and environmentally
  • Administer immunizations, medications, and TB serum
  • Provide client education on health and medication
  • Monitor and document client health status
  • Communicate with healthcare providers and document all care accurately
  • Participate in team meetings and training
Qualifications
  • Valid Indiana LPN or RN license
  • Experience with neuropsychiatric or behavioral challenges preferred
  • Minimum age 21
  • Valid Indiana driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • Background screening clearance
  • No felony or criminal offenses involving dependent populations
Physical & Sensory Requirements

Must be physically capable of working in an office setting, standing, sitting, lifting up to 35 lbs, and traveling as needed. Normal vision and hearing are required.
