Mercy is seeking a registered nurse for the ICU Step Down unit on the nights shift. The role is full time (36 hours per week) at Mercy Hospital on W Memorial Rd, El Reno, OK.

The unit handles patients transitioning out of the ICU with high acuity, requiring collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and swift responses to deteriorations. Qualified candidates will have an RN license, BLS certification, and either hold a BSN or ADN with preference for BSN.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred but ADN acceptable.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Care for high-acuity patients transitioning from ICU Step Down.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to implement treatment plans.
