Job summary

Mercy Hospital in Midwest City, OK, is seeking a part-time ICU Step Down registered nurse for night shifts (24 hours per week). The 32-bed unit supports patients transitioning from the ICU and requiring higher level care, including neurological, medical, and surgical cases in a Certified Comprehensive Stroke Center program.

Ideal candidates will have an RN degree, be eligible for licensure in the state, and hold BLS certification. BSN is preferred but ADN is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Required Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited school.
• Preferred Education: BSN preferred but ADN acceptable.
• License: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
