Job summary

Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, Florida, is seeking a Nurse Resident for the 3 Central (ICE-T/CAR-T) unit. This 12-month residency offers structured orientation, mentoring, and leadership development in a world-class cancer center.

RN graduates will join a CAR-T/treatment-focused team, participate in eight-hour paid education days, and advance through a program designed for transition to professional practice in oncology ambulatory care.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• RN licensure in FL or multi-state privilege with FL as primary residence within 60 days.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• New-graduate nurses will begin professional nursing careers in mentoring, coaching and learning.
• Develop leadership skills to impact clinical practice and patient outcomes.
• Participate in a structured residency with paid education days and periodic progress reviews.
• Sign a Commitment Agreement to work for at least two years in the Cancer Center.
