Responsibilities include nursing care across the lifecycle, collaboration with the care team, and ongoing professional development to support outcomes and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program.
• New Graduates eligible for residency.
• Current Georgia RN license with BLS required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; advanced certification optional.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside nursing care from birth through the lifecycle using nursing process.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and outcomes.
• Coordinate patient care activities among assigned staff for quality care.
• Uphold standards of practice with accountability and professional growth.
